If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of your refilled cartridge, bring it back to the store and we will refund your money.
In the improbable case that a cartridge refilled by Cartridge World could cause damage to your printer, we request that you facilitate certification from a printer repair service company detailing exactly in what way our refilled cartridge may have been responsible for this damage. Send or bring this certification to the store where you originally purchased the product along with the refilled cartridge and invoice and we will reimburse the total cost incurred for repair.
This guarantee is additional and does not affect your rights within the local consumer laws and market.
