Cartridge World® has successfully trained hundreds of people at its various training centres around the world and therefore has a wealth of experience in training franchisees and in planning and launching new stores.
Opening Support. The launch of a new store is a critical moment and we aim to give you the best possible start. During the first week, we will put our very best people in your store to provide specialist hands-on assistance covering store-set-up, display of stock, use of the PoS system, and most importantly help with refilling and remanufacturing.
After your 1st week our Technical Support Line is only a phone call away – available from 10am – 7pm every day.
As a Cartridge World® franchisee you are part of a big team with a lot of experience. We visit our stores on a regular basis and arrange regular Franchisee meetings.

With nearly 20 years’ industry experience Cartridge World® has carefully developed its relationships with a number of international suppliers. Only the very best inks, toner parts and refilling equipment are selected. A full range of stock is maintained in our Barcelona warehouse and orders received by franchisees by 1pm are shipped the same day on a 24-48hr service to mainland Spain.
Many of our franchisees find refilling cartridges to be enjoyable and fulfilling and once you’ve learnt the basic principles it’s a reasonably straightforward business to operate. Our franchisees come from a wide variety of backgrounds including teachers, an electrician, a pilot, salesman, accountant, builder and policeman. No prior industry knowledge is required as you will receive thorough training, easy-to-follow manuals and on-going technical support.
