Bricks and clicks
In 2010, Cartridge World® launched its online store for the Spanish public.
This ambitious and innovative project redirects the clients’ orders to their local stores based on the postcode filled in during the purchase process. The store then invoices and sends the cartridges directly to the customer.
Thanks to this unique process, all Cartridge World® stores are involved in the project.
The online store is also responsible for the national marketing campaigns that promote Cartridge World® as the multichannel cartridges retailer in Spain.
Advanced techniques of remanufacturing
In 2009, after over 2 years of R&D by the Cartridge World® International technical support team, Cartridge World® launched an advanced technique which aims at remanufacturing cartridges.
This process, which mixes new machinery and remanufacturing techniques for each cartridge, represents a significant evolution that increased the remanufacturing success rate.
All new Cartridge World® stores in Spain use these new techniques, while our existing stores adopt them little by little.
Store Management Software
In 2009, Cartridge World® Spain installed a new point of sale software in each and every store in Spain.
The software was chosen after a thorough evaluation process comparing various suppliers. It had to meet our technical, operative, communication and marketing expectations, without requiring the change of the stores’ existing hardware.
Not only does this new software offer much more functionalities than the previous one, but it also saves at least 8 hours of work to our franchise every month. And time is money.
